DELIVERY AND RETURN
Orders are processed within 5 days after receipt of payment and are delivered according to the option chosen by the customer, either by a carrier or according to the tour schedule. It is possible to collect them directly from the brewery, with information from us.
Delivery costs include handling and transportation to the delivery address.

ARTICLE 3: PRICE

5.2 For new customers or when the customer already has an open balance, pitsel.ch reserves the right to request prepayment of the order.

7.1 The goods remain the property of pitsel.ch until payment of the invoice.
ARTICLE 8: DELIVERY
8.1 Deliveries are made only on the territory of Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The products are sent to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process. When submitting the order, the customer acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale and accepts them.
8.2 For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the products are delivered by Swiss Post, other carriers or by us. As a rule, the articles are available and delivered within 3 to 8 working days for the modes of transport Swiss Post and other carriers. A longer period ranging from 3 to 14 days for deliveries made by us can be registered. If an item cannot be delivered, the customer is informed by email.
8.3 In Switzerland, there is no delivery on Sundays, national and cantonal holidays.
8.4 The delivery times indicated by pitsel.ch are provided for information only. pitsel.ch strives to respect them. However, exceeding them cannot result in the cancellation of the order by the customer, nor justify a claim for compensation or a late payment penalty.
8.5 pitsel.ch is not responsible for the theft of the goods once deposited by the Post Office. If in doubt as to the security of the mailbox, it is the customer's responsibility to request a signature shipment. When the goods are handed over or deposited in front of the customer's home, the profits and risks (in particular theft, damage by third parties, bad weather) are transferred to the customer.
8.6 Delivery notes and invoices are sent electronically whenever possible.
ARTICLE 9: PACKAGING
9.1 The customer himself takes care of the disposal of returnable or non-returnable glass bottles, boxes and packaging.
ARTICLE 10: DELIVERY COSTS
10.1 The costs of packaging and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. They are indicated in the "basket" section of the order form and are calculated according to the weight of the package (s) as well as the region of delivery.
10.2 For Switzerland, shipping costs are counted as a flat rate depending on the delivery method chosen and the weight of the items purchased per order. We invite you to consult the "DELIVERY CONDITIONS" section for detailed information.
10.3 If products are not available at the time of delivery, they will not be sent later or replaced by others. The quantity actually delivered appears on the delivery note as well as on the invoice.
In the event of missing items or reduced quantities, the customer cannot claim compensation or damages. If an invoiced item cannot be delivered, the corresponding amount is refunded to the customer. There is no new delivery and the customer cannot claim damages.
ARTICLE 11: RIGHT OF RETURN
11.1 It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods upon delivery. If unfortunately the goods should arrive at their home in poor condition, pitsel.ch will process, against delivery of photo proof and explanations sent by email, of the damaged goods within 48 hours, as the case may be.
11.2 If the customer orders in error, the goods are neither returned nor reimbursed.
ARTICLE 12: FORCE MAJEURE
